Meeting Our Airport Shuttle Service
What To Do Once You Arrive
Flight Time Xpress must comply with all regulations from the airport traffic authorities.
These regulations prohibit drivers from sitting and waiting in the loading areas as well as determine where and how we may meet you.
If this is your first time using our airport shuttle service or visiting the BWI, Dulles or Reagan airports please review the helpful guides below. They will help make picking you up go as quickly and conveniently as possible.
How to Meet Our Airport Shuttle at BWI
After retrieving your luggage please call (240) 674-4735 to let us know you have arrived. Your driver is stationed about five minutes away.
Proceed outside to the second curb. The first curb nearest the airport building is reserved for airport bus traffic. See the picture below for BWI.
Look for our airport shuttle van which is bright red and prominently displays the name Flight Time Xpress and Frederick Airport Shuttle. Normally we can pick you up within 5 minutes of receiving your call.

How to Meet Our Airport Shuttle at Dulles
After retrieving your luggage proceed upstairs via the elevator or escalators to the departures drop-off area. The driver is required by Dulles Airport authorities to pick up passengers on the upper level only. See the picture below for Dulles International Airport.
Please call (240) 674-4735 to let us know you have arrived. Also, tell us at which door number or airline entry you are waiting. Your driver is about six minutes away. Look for our bright red airport shuttle van which prominently displays the name Flight Time Xpress and Frederick Airport Shuttle.
